October 10th, 2015 - Kellen Chadwick Makes Trek to Fernley 95A Speedway

Kellen made the 4 hour trip to the Fernley 95A Speedway in Reno/Fernley, Nevada this past weekend for the track's $4,000 to win 2-day IMCA season ending invitational. Kellen competed in a pair of heat races, lining up on the outside of the front row for the first one and winning it with ease and then starting outside of the third row for the second set  and racing his way up to third at the finish. Kellen then lined up 8th for the $4,000 to win main event and raced his way into the top five early and was working his way by into 3rd when he was involved in a slight wreck, which flattened a tire. After going into the work area to change the tire, Kellen rejoined the field at the tail, but the track conditions worsened, making it nearly impossible to see, so Kellen pulled in to save his equipment.
