Kellen and his team were in action over the weekend at the 22nd annual Duel in the Desert at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, NV. He was behind the wheel of his primary car, while Zack VanderBeek and Tripp Gaylord were behind the wheel of the other two.

Thursday night, Kellen raced from 7th to 5th in his heat and then came home fifth in the b-main as well, while Zack raced from 6th to 2nd in his heat, but fell out of the feature before it was over and Tripp also ran second in his heat, but did not finish the feature either.

Friday night, Kellen won his heat from 4th and raced from 8th to a solid 5th in the main event. Zack also won his heat from third and then unfortunately fell out of the feature for the second night in a row. Tripp ran third in his heat and came home third in b-main as well, missing a transfer spot to the main by one position.

Saturday night Kellen ran a solid third in the last chance race, but missed the feature by two spots. Zack ran second in his last chance race, missing the cut by one spot and Tripp ended up 13th in his last chance race as well.
