Kellen was in action at the Antioch Speedway in Antioch, CA for the track's doubleheader on Memorial Day Weekend. Saturday night, he was able to pick up the clean sweep by winning his heat race from the pole and then after starting 10th in the feature, he was able to race through the field and pick up the victory. Sunday, he was able to win his heat race for the second night in a row and then worked his way forward from his 9th starting spot in the main to cross the finish line with a 3rd place finish.

Kellen stayed close to home this past weekend and competed at the Antioch Speedway in Antioch, CA in his IMCA Modified. He was able to race home with a clean sweep on the night, winning his heat race from 5th and then backing that up with a feature win from the outside of the second row.

Kellen continued on the road with the IMCA California Speedweek, competing at the Merced Speedway in Merced, CA on Monday night; at the Antioch Speedway in Antioch, CA on Wednesday night, at the Petaluma Speedway in Petaluma, CA on Thursday; at the Placerville Speedway in Placerville, CA on Friday and at the Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA on Saturday night to wrap up the eight race tour.

Monday night at Merced, Kellen won his heat race from the pole and was able to race home in the main event with a sixth place finish. After a night off to regroup on Tuesday, the team went to Antioch on Wednesday night and Kellen raced from 8th up to 2nd in his heat and then raced from 8th to 4th in the feature event. Thursday night at Petaluma, he won his heat race from 3rd and then raced from 8th to 6th in the feature. On Friday at Placerville, he ran third in his heat race and then raced from 11th up to 4th in the feature and on Saturday to cap off the week-long tour, he won his heat from 4th and then raced home with an 8th place finish in the main event for his efforts.

His top ten consistency, he was able to come home with a second place finish in the final series point standings.

Kellen competed in the first three nights of the California IMCA Modified Speedweek this past weekend, starting on Friday night at the Bakersfield Speedway in Bakersfield, CA. A great field of IMCA Modified competitors descended upon the facility and Kellen ended up with a top ten run for his efforts. He won his heat race from the outside of the front row and then raced home with a 6th place finish in the feature event. 

Saturday, the tour moved to the Thunderbird Speedway in Tulare, CA and Kellen again came out with a top ten run. He raced from 7th to 3rd in his heat race before recording his second straight 6th place finish on the weekend in the feature event. 

Sunday, the Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford, CA was the site of tour race #3 and the top ten streak continued for Kellen as he ran third in his heat race and then picked up a fifth place finish in the night's feature event.
